What is your availability and work hours? Our services are provided after business hours. The hours we visit your business are between 5pm & 1am Monday - Friday. On the weekends our hours are 9am-5pm (Saturday/Sunday)

Are You Bonded & Insured? Yes we are fully bonded, insured and covered by WSIB. On top of that our team is screened and a background check is performed to ensure you can rest easy and enjoy the smell of a freshly cleaned business!
Do You Use Eco-Friendly, Safe & Natural Cleaning Products? At Office People, we design our cleaning services to suit your individual business needs. Unless otherwise requested, we always use eco-friendly, safe & natural cleaning products. Eco Friendly Cleaning ensures your business is not only clean, but also a healthy environment for everyday work for you, your employees and customers.
Do I Have To Sign A Contract? Although we do not have any lengthy contracts for you to sign, we do have a work agreement that details what was agreed upon. This is includes what areas will be cleaned, the frequency of your cleaning, the agreed upon pricing and when payment will be due.
What Is Your Cancellation Policy? We require 3 full business days notice if you need to cancel your appointment. This allows us ample time to fill your time-slot. A service fee of $50 will apply if 3 days notice is not received. Less than 3 days notice means that we will not be able to fill that time – as a result, the service team’s earnings decrease. A lack of consistent wages means we cannot keep the most professional and committed staff to clean your business.
How Do I Pay You? We accept Visa, Master Card, e-transfer, cash and cheques. Please make your cheques payable to Office People and insert cheques, or cash, in a sealed envelope. Please let us know if you would like us to provide you with envelopes.
Is It Okay To Leave Extra Instructions On A Note? Of course it is! We believe that good communication is crucial to maintaining a good business relationship. We welcome all feedback, and if there is anything we can do to help you, please let us know. You can advise us by e-mail or a phone call.
Does Someone Need To Be Present While You Clean, Or Can I Issue You A Key? Because we clean after business hours, most of our customers are not around and the vast majority trust us with a key to their business. It is entirely up to you if you are there while we clean or issue us a key. If you should choose to issue a key, be assured that we take every precaution to protect your key. Your key will never be labeled in any identifiable way, and will be locked in our lock box.
What Should I Do About My Security/Alarm System on The Scheduled Cleaning Day? If you have a security system, please make necessary arrangements to allow us access to your business on your scheduled day. Many customers simply set up a guest or temporary code for our team to use.
What Happens If My Cleaning Falls On A Holiday? We call to reschedule for a more convenient time when your cleaning falls on a holiday.
Do I Require A Deep Business Cleaning For My Initial Clean? We recommend a deep cleaning the first time we come to clean your business. This gives us the opportunity to address areas that may have been neglected for a while.
Is The Cleaning Team Allowed To Receive Tips? Tips are not expected, however, the teams do appreciate them and are allowed to receive them.
What Should We Do Before A Business Cleaning Service? To make our business cleaning services more efficient, we ask that you keep all areas tidy & free from clutter prior to a visit from our cleaning team.
